When do I stop practicing meditation ?
In meditation, you are not doing; you are just being because some of the effects of meditation are relaxation, alertness, peacefulness, tranquility, silence, awareness, creativity, freedom, witnessing, observation, consideration, realization, and ultimate reality. There will be no time to stop practicing meditation unless you stop breathing.
